CREDIT CARDS AND LINE OF CREDIT TRANSFER

Please keep in your FYI file if you ever have clients that could also benefit from our subprime leased SBLC's from Bradbury and Wallis. Recently a client asked for a cost effective subprime SBLC MT760 for 10M Euro Payment Assurance Guarantee for a rice buy sell from India. B&W issued the SBLC by SWIFT to our clients receiving bank in India. The total cost to our client was 34,000 Euro. Our client is now looking forward to their rice delivery and everything is controlled Bank to Bank. I will split my B&W AM fees, 60% you, 30% me and 10% to charity. I am processing a client now and attached is their MT760 verbiage that has been agreed.

Our principles have many years of successful buying and selling bank papers supported by our JV financial partners. Our current 2nd quarter 2018 credit line is One Billion Euro.
 
We as the direct provider use the Bank SWIFT Network and our extensive proven RMA relationships to have clients bank papers, delivered Bank to Bank using SWIFT MT799 followed by SWIFT MT760. Or we can save you money and SWIFT your receiving bank the MT760 if MT799 not required.
 
Our fees are calculated on a client specific basis in Euro currency.
  
There are many prospect un qualified clients in the world with an unrealistic outlook on what is on offer and the reality of bank papers. These types of financial services products are off the books balance offerings by the banks to reduce their tax and leveraged positions. They are bank offerings to their selected partners and traders. Not something that can be applied for. They are adjusted quarterly and are cyclical in nature.
 
People seeking these are 90% of the time not only unrealistic on their expectations, but do not pass due diligence from the banks. Protocols are offered for acceptance, not amendment.
 
Please bear in mind we have existing happy repeat long term clients who have chosen B&W as their preferred cost effective efficient subprime bank paper direct provider. Our terms and procedures are not negotiable and if no interest then please delete this email.
 
Attached is one example of our provider service agreement, for our AU trader client that required leased MT760 as payment assurance guarantee.

Leveraging our lines of credit with our Merchant Banks as attached 2 current Bank RMA lists. To enable your leased MT760 to be used with your funder to enhance your credit lines.
 
Head of Terms as agreed below - subject to providing the specific verbiage required by your funder:
 
1.   $100,000,000 SBLC MT760 leased for one year and one day.
2.   First payment of Euro 130,000 for issuance of your MT760.
3.   Second payment of 1% within a maximum of 30 days, after your receiving bank confirm receipt of your MT760.

DIRECT FROM:  CITIBANK, CAPITALONE BANK, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, AND HSBC BANK:
 
We can provide Trade & International trade facilities for Import/Export and project funding, such as:
 
Fresh-cut, cash-backed instruments (BG - bank guarantee)
SBLC - Standby letter of credit)
Documentary letter of credit, 
POF - proof of funds (mt799/mt103) or
Project/business funding (Loans)
 
These bank instruments can be used to finance commercial real estate transactions, qualify for credit enhancement, blocked funds; providing evidence of proof of funds requirements, leverage funding for large commercial projects, commodities transaction,  funding and participating in trading platforms and also used as collateral/guarantee to secure project loans or secure a line of credit from any bank

MONETIZATION OF THE INSTRUMENTS(BG/SBLC):
These instruments can also be Traded by top rated Trading platforms or it can be monetized for the beneficiary for up to 80% or greater of LTV (Loan To Value ratio)  for a 40 week trade.

NOTE:    For monetization, you must have an account at the monetizing bank or an account can be opened for you at your request.

POF/COLLATERAL REQUIREMENTS:  All clients must be able to provide pof/collateral for the instrument they need.. ICBPO is not accepted by the providers.

ACCEPTABLE POF/COLLATERAL ARE:
a)  At least 50% of the instrument face value for a purchase and 100% of the leasing fee  for  a lease.
b)    Blocked funds (Via Swift MT199/799)
c) Client may be requested by the BG issuing bank to have an active account with their bank or be a shareholder at the bank. 

ALTERNATIVE COLLATERAL ARRANGEMENT,
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE POF (PROOF OF FUNDS) OR COLLATERAL FOR YOUR REQUESTED INSTRUMENT (BG- BANK GUARANTEE OR SBLC- STANDBY LETTER OF CREDIT), WE CAN ARRANGE AND PROVIDE THIS REQUIREMENT FOR YOU.

PROVIDERS AND LEASING FEES:+ 2% Commission

The providers are: Citibank N.A., UK/USA( leasing fee = 3.2% + 2% Commission of  instrument face value,), Standard Chartered bank UK/USA( leasing fee = 4% of FV), CapitalOne bank, USA (leasing fee = 3% of instrument face value). JPMorgan Chase bank, UK/USA (leasing fee = 3.1% of instrument face value), HSBC bank (Leasing fee = 4.8% of instrument face value).
 
 PURCHASE PRICES:

CITIBANK: UK/USA33+2% COMM.
CAPITALONE BANK USA: 30%+ COMMISSION.
JPMORGAN CHASE BANK UK/USA: 31%+ COMMISSION.
SCB- STANDARD CHARTERED BANK: 35%+ COMMISSION
HSBC BANK: 48%+COMMISSION.

AGENTS’ COMMISSION STRUCTURE:  Commission for intermediaries/agents is 2% to xx% as may be agreed, paid 50/50 to agents on buyer/lessee and seller/lessor sides equally.
